If you want to have 11 line ab lines, you need to follow a couple of steps:

1. Train your abs regularly. 💦

2. Burn the fat storages around your core. 🔥

This workout is a follow along, no repeat abs workout. Each exercise lasts for 40 seconds with 10 seconds rest between exercises.

This ab workout will train your entire ab muscles. When you have super strong upper, lower, middle abs = ab crack! Surely, it can take some time, but be disciplined and patient and you’ll reach your 11 line abs goal! 😍

▪️ Intensity: Medium/Hard

▪️ Recommendations:

• Focus on your ab muscles, while performing the exercises, squeeze them hard and hold the tension.
• Try not to take any more breaks in between the exercises than there is, but of course, if you feel like you need to, just take them. You will improve over time. 😊
• You can do this workout 2-3x per week. Give your muscles time to recover.
• Combine this workout with my other ab workouts for the best results.
